Lantella LMS

When you have registered for a course with Lantella, within a day or so you will be able to see which other participants are booked for the same course. All practical information, such as dates, start and end times, can be found in the LMS. We will also send important updates via email so that you are always well prepared for your training.

How to log in

  • User name = your e-mail address
  • Password = your first and last name in lowercase without spaces (example: renateviering)

We would appreciate it if you could upload a profile picture and fill in your contact information, including your mobile number.

Purpose of the program
We are offering this training to strengthen our leaders by building psychological safety, trust, and a culture of honest feedback. When leaders do this well, employees feel heard, valued, and confident to speak up – unlocking the kind of performance and resilience that makes teams thrive.

We also want to empower our leaders to have a greater impact on the business – equipping them with the tools and confidence to lead with clarity, make better decisions, and drive results that matter.

This program is built on our values – designed from the ground up to reflect the kind of leadership and culture we are committed to creating at Verdane.

Pre-work

Before the first module, a structured preparation phase will take place.

 

You will

  • Reflect on questions related to your leadership role. These reflections are for your own preparation and do not need to be submitted.
    – How do you define leadership?
    – What are your main leadership strengths today and what should you improve or do differently to be more effective?
    – What could be clearer or work better in how you give and receive feedback at Verdane?
  • Select a few team members who can provide constructive feedback
  • Receive feedback from your immediate manager

 

The feedback providers will

  • Anonymously respond to two short questions about your leadership
    – What are this leader’s main strengths and what should they improve or do differently to be more effective?
    – What could be clearer or work better in how this leader gives and receives feedback at Verdane?
  • Provide input to ensure program relevance and impact

 

Important

  • All responses are reviewed only by the program director at Lantella
  • All feedback is handled with full confidentiality

Commitment

  • The program is limited to a total of 30 participants across both groups to ensure quality and strong group interaction.
  • Participation in all modules and follow ups is required and participants are expected to prioritise the full program from the start.
  • Active engagement is essential throughout.
  • The program is designed as one integrated development journey where each part builds on the previous one.

    – IP/IR – Director level and up
    – Platform/Elevate – Manager level and up
  • Limited to 30 seats – spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis
  • Sign-up deadline: 12 April

Program structure

  • Two modules (lunch to lunch) at the Verdane Stockholm office
    Each module starts with a shared lunch at 11:30 on day one, followed by program start at 12:00. The module concludes at 12:30 on day two, followed by a shared lunch.
  • Digital follow-up approx. 1.5 hours after each module

Module 2: 26–27 October 2026

To ensure the best possible outcome of the leadership training, it is important to view the program as a cohesive whole. Taking into account the structure, pedagogy, and the learning of other participants, we therefore strongly encourage you to attend all sessions according to the schedule you signed up for from the start.

Please provide the names and email addresses of three people who work closely with you. These individuals, as well as your immediate manager, will receive three short questions about your leadership from Lantella. The purpose is to give the program facilitator a relevant basis for tailoring the training to your most important development areas. The responses will only be reviewed by the program facilitator and will be treated confidentially.

General terms and conditions
To ensure the best possible implementation of the training, we would like to share some important points:

  1. On site participation.
  2. Binding registration. Registration is binding.
  3. Last day to apply is 12 April 2026.
